Our retreats often include additional activities such as meditation, hiking, quad biking, local cultural excursions, and workshops. These vary depending on the retreat location and theme.

Can I attend if I’m pregnant?

Yes, but please consult your doctor before booking and inform us about your pregnancy so we can modify the yoga and fitness classes to suit your needs. We want to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

How do I get to the retreat location?

We will provide detailed instructions on how to reach the retreat location once your booking is confirmed. In most cases, we arrange group transfers from the nearest airport or meeting point.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat and fitness equipment?

We provide yoga mats and basic fitness equipment at the retreat. However, if you prefer to use your own mat or gear, feel free to bring it with you.

Will there be free time during the retreat?

Yes, the retreat is designed to balance structured fitness and yoga sessions with free time for rest, relaxation, or exploring the surrounding area. You can take part in as many or as few activities as you like.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, we highly recommend having travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, health, and any other emergencies. This helps ensure peace of mind in case of unforeseen circumstances.

What is the typical daily schedule?

A typical day at the retreat starts with a fitness session, followed by breakfast. Midday and the afternoon offers a excursion/activity and lunch. The afternoon includes yoga, and the day ends with dinner and quality time in the villa

Are meals provided, and what dietary options are available?

Yes, all meals are provided during the retreat. We offer healthy, nourishing meals on the retreats. Please let us know your dietary preferences in advance.

Can I attend the retreat solo?

Absolutely! You can request a private room and connect with like minded people on the retreat (a double private room will cost more pp than a shared double room).

How many fitness and yoga sessions are there each day?

The retreat typically includes 1 yoga sessions and 1 fitness sessions per day. There may also be optional activites like meditation, quad biking, or group hikes. However, the schedule allows time for relaxation and personal downtime.
